Running a collated match
Collating can be done via applicant to property matching and/or property to applicant matching
1. Run a match Carry out the first match From the match list: |

2. Select collate From the Options section: |

3. Continue matching & collating |
4. Collate matches From the main menu: Click name/office (top left)
Click Tools and select Print Collated Matches
Ensure Collated Match Reports is selected and click Accept

5. Email collated matches To send the collated matches via email: Select E-mail and click Proceed
Preview the first message, then follow the prompts on screen to send all messages

6. Clear collated matches After sending collated emails, a prompt is displayed to clear the collated matches If you want to use the collated match list again, click No
If you are finished with the collated match list, click Yes
