1. Access the report option

From the main menu:

• Click Reports then select MI Analysis
  

• Select

• Inspection Schedule Report 
  Click Select (or manually enter dates)

•  to enter criteria for the report

  In this example, details of inspections due from 01/07 - 15/07 will be returned for all current tenancies from any office
  

• Click Report

2. View report

The report shows all inspections due within the selected dates - key information is shown such as address, tenancy start date, landlord, inspection responsibility etc.

• If the Appointment column is blank, then an appointment has not been scheduled yet
  

• Click a column heading to sort, or

• click to the right of the column heading to filter by that column
  

• Double-click an entry to view the associated tenancy, or right-click an entry for options to view the associated inspection appointment (when booked) or the tenancy
  

• Click Export to export the report to Excel
