From the property screen: Click Financial At the bottom of the screen, click Fee Splits  Click  to add a new fee split (as usual)

When a property is pre-exchange, the figure that is usually calculated from the exchange price will be shown as 0 until the exchange price is entered when the property moved moves to exchanged
Fee splits added here will automatically show on the Offers screen (Buyer & Sales Details tab)
If fees are added on the Offers screen, they will automatically show on the property Financial screen
