When attempting to save a file to a Documents or Letters screen:

  • For example, when clicking & dragging a file to the Letters screen on a property record

Image Modified

  • A prompt will be displayed where a new filename needs to be entered

  • Click Accept to save

Tip

The file cannot be saved until the filename is changed in the screen above
