Prevent documents & letters being overwritten - configuration option

A configuration option is available which prevents documents/letters being overwritten when attempting to save a file with the same filename and type as that of an existing file within the same documents/letters screen

When attempting to save a file to a Documents or Letters screen: For example, when clicking & dragging a file to the Letters screen on a property record Open A prompt will be displayed where a new filename needs to be entered Click Accept to save The file cannot be saved until the filename is changed in the screen above
