From a Contact Notes panel where you wish to show/hide an entry: Click Contact notes and select Choose entries to view  Image ModifiedEnsure the entry types that are needed to be seen in the Contact Notes screen are checked here  Image ModifiedTelephone/Contact should usually be ticked, tick any other required options and click Accept
