If a transfer has been made to a deposit scheme in error, providing it hasn't yet been paid out to the provider, there is an option to reverse/delete* the transfer

* Whether you are set to reverse or delete the transfer is dependent on configuration, plus the ability to reverse/delete a transfer to deposit scheme is dependent on security configuration - to change your configuration/security settings, contact Reapit Support 

1. Delete/reverse transfer from Manage Deposits screen

The transfer can be deleted from the Manage Deposit or Tenancy Transactions screens (see step 2)

On the tenancy record:

  • In the Accounts panel, beside the Deposit field, click Manage

  • Right-click over To DPS and select Delete/reverse transfer of...

    The Delete Transactions screen will be displayed (see step 3)
