This page will explain what to check for if rent invoices are not being raised
1. Go to the tenancy where the rent invoice has not been raised for - Review the invoice schedule
- If the Rent amount is greyed out this will most likely be the agents role set against the tenancy.

2. Review the Agents Role on the Tenancy Details tab - A Letting Only role will only raise a letting fee to the landlord
- Managed Tenancy agent role raises rent, letting and management fee
- Collect first rent payment will only raise the first invoice of the tenancy, if an invoice has already been raised no more rent invoices will raise. If a letting fee is set this will raise through the life of the tenancy
- Collect rent up to date will only raise rent invoices up to a user defined date
- Rent collection agent role will raise rent invoices, the narrative on the landlord statement will be 'Rent collection fees'
