A FocalPack is a product offered and created by FocalAgent containing marketing assets - such as photos, videos, virtual tours and floorplans.

When FocalAgent integration is set up for FocalPack ordering within Reapit, a pack can be ordered via Reapit Agency Cloud, with the resulting pack being returned and available to use within the Reapit CRM product.

  1. A Reapit approved key contact can click here to raise an approved integration request via the Reapit Service Portal

    The following form will be displayed



  2. From the Approved Integrations menu, select FocalAgent 

  3. Complete all other required fields as far as possible:
    1. Client/Customer: enter customer name
    2. Branch/Office: if the integration is only required in specific offices, enter the names of the offices that require the integration
    3. Summary: enter Set-up FocalAgent integration for the purpose of ordering FocalPacks
    4. Description: see points 4 & 5
    5. Product categorisation: select Integrations and, in the field below, select FocalAgent

  4. FocalAgent IT will provide you with the following two pieces of information which you need to enter into the Description field on the form:
    1. Unique login credentials (to connect to the FocalAgent API)
    2. Branch URL

  5. Use the Description field to request that the following is carried out by Reapit:
    1. Reapit to provide API access and credentials
    2. Property reporting custom criteria fields are set-up by Reapit to ensure that the following fields are made available:
      1. Pack name
      2. Pack price
      3. Pack receipt number

  6. Click Create


After submitting this request, Reapit will contact you with the next steps, including providing you with their API credentials as requested in step 5a

In the interim, make contact with your Reapit Customer Success Manager (CSM) to inform them of your integration request - it is recommended that a session is arranged with your Reapit CSM and Service as well FocalAgent IT to ensure a smooth integration set-up process
