This page explains how to find arrears via your Reapit software.

From the main menu, click Lettings then Chase Arrears:

1. Filter the Chase Arrears screen to your criteria

By default, tenant arrears display, to display landlord arrears:

  • Click the Landlords radio button (top right)

2. Print options

Click Print for options to:

  • print a detailed report
  • send an email
  • generate a letter
  • send a text

    ...to the tenants/landlords in arrears
