An appointment can be marked as a 'repeat' - this is particularly useful for viewings, as it allows a repeat viewing to be clearly identified from a first viewing
1. Marking an appointment as a repeat From the diary appointment: - Enter the appointment details, as usual
- Tick Repeat

2. Repeat appointment in diary From the diary: - The appointment is shown as (Repeat)
When a repeat appointment is not fully visible in the diary, the (Repeat) flag can be seen when hovering over the appointment

3. Repeat appointment in diary grid When viewing appointments from the Organiser grid, repeat appointments can be identified From the Organiser, My Appointments panel header: - Click Pop out into full results icon
The Text Diary window is displayed
The Repeat column needs to be added to the grid (and saved) - this is a one-off task Right-click over the grid column headings, select Pick columns then click Repeat, then click Save grid layout
- Click the Repeat column heading to sort the list of appointments, or click to the right of the heading for options to filter or group the list
- The Repeat column can also be moved to another position in the grid
After moving, right-click over the column headings and select Save grid layout

4. Repeat appointments shown in Power Report grid After running a diary Power Report, when viewing the report results a Repeat column can be added (and saved) on the grid
- Right-click over the column headings, select Pick columns and click Repeat
This adds the column to the right side of the grid, click and drag it into the desired position Then right-click over the column headings again and click Save grid layout
- Click the Repeat column heading to sort the list, or click to the right of the heading to group or filter the list
