When a third party provider is used for ID Checking (such as LexisNexis) - when carrying out a manual ID check instead, a configuration option is available which, when enabled, will prevent ID being marked as successful when it is incomplete - an information message will be displayed to identify what needs to be completed

When enabled:

  • When manually checking ID and marking it as Successful, a validation check will be carried out on the entered information

  • If it is incomplete, when attempting to saving the ID Check, a message will be displayed to indicate what needs to be added in order to validate it

    For example:

This configuration option only applies when using a third party provider for ID checking
