This article details how to add custom applicant position & status options used in AgenyCloud

This custom list will be available from the Applicant Status field within the Applicant Status screen

Default options are: General, Hot, Cold, Single Property Enquiry, Former Single Enquiry

Adding a custom list removes all default options - meaning that only the custom options will be available to select from the Applicant Status list

Default options can still be selected by right-clicking over the Status field on the applicant record

1. Accessing the configuration option

  • Click your name/office in the top left of the screen 

  • Click Configuration and select Setup Sources / Position / Feedback



2. Adding custom applicant status options

  • Change View to Applicant position/status

  • Click Add

Fill in the following fields:

  • Code: enter a unique code for the custom status option, following the existing pattern of codes
    e.g. 01, 02, 03 etc.

  • Name: enter a name for the custom status option, this is the name that will be displayed in the Applicant Status list

  • Click Save

  • Continuing adding custom status options

  • Click Save and Exit



3. Activate custom list via System Configuration

From the System Configuration screen: 

  • Click Applicant Status tab

  • Tick Use custom applicant positions in place of standard status list

  • Click Save and Exit

    You may need to close and re-open the application for changes to take effect


Being able to access the configuration screen outlined below is dependent on having relevant security permissions in your Reapit software. This is usually limited to key contacts within your business.

To get access to this area, use the Reapit Service Portal to request this via your Reapit key contact, as applicable.
