A tenant can access details of transactions for their tenancy via the Consumer Portal - the transactions list can be filtered by date and/or type and the listed transactions can also be downloaded to a PDF file

The transaction types shown include rent invoices to the tenant, tenant cash transfers & payments from the tenant

To do this, the tenant needs to access their tenant view first - as outlined here:
Access tenant view on the Consumer Portal

1. Access transactions option

From tenant view:

  • Click Transactions

2. Transactions list

  • All transactions for the tenancy are displayed in a list with the newest transaction at the top

  • Filter options can be used
    (see step 3)

  • The Balance is shown below each transaction

  • Scroll to bottom of list to view the Balance for the month, showing figures for Total Incoming & Total Outgoing

3. Filter option

Transactions can be filtered by type and/or date

  • Click Filter (top right of main screen shown in step 2)

  • Select required Transaction Type
    and/or select Date Range

    • Click a type to select it - only one type can be selected

    • To select a range, click the first required date then the end date

  • Click Apply (bottom of screen)

To remove applied filters:

  • Click Clear All (top left)

  • Click Apply again

4. Download option

The current list of transactions can be downloaded to a PDF file

  • Click Download (top right of main screen shown in step 2)

  • The PDF will be displayed

The list of transactions in the downloaded file reflects the list displayed in the Consumer Portal before choosing to download - i.e. if the list was filtered to show just invoices from September 2020, just those transactions will be transferred to the downloaded PDF file
