Use the MyAgency app to submit meter readings (tenant)

This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

A tenant can submit meter readings via the MyAgency app - after submitting, the reading is updated in Reapit

To do this, the tenant needs to access their tenant view first - as outlined here:

1. Access meter readings option

From tenant view:

  • Click Meter Readings

2. Select meter type & view previous readings

  • Click required meter type
    For example, Electric

  • A list of previous readings will be displayed, as shown below right

  • To add a new reading, see next step

3. Enter reading

  • Select required meter type and click Add (top right, shown above)

    In this example Water was selected, although this can be changed by clicking the type menu and selecting Gas or Electric

  • Enter reading & Select Date of when the reading was taken

  • Click Add

4. New reading added to app & Reapit

  • The new reading is added to the list

  • The reading is also updated in Reapit (on the tenancy Management tab)
