The Let Alliance integration allows ordering and tracking of tenant references within the Reapit platform

Approved third party integrations require configuration and set-up by Reapit Support and the third party provider, click here for more information/assistance


1. Access Tenancy Details

From property record:

At Arranging tenancy stage, the prospective tenant will be displayed as an Applicant (1a) 

When a tenancy is Current, they will be displayed a Tenant (1b)

  • Click the ApplicantTenant link

    Clicking this link will display the Tenancy screen for the arranging/current tenancy

2. Access applicant details (arranging tenancy)

When a tenancy is arranging, the reference check section is accessed via the applicant screen

From the tenancy, Details tab:

  • In the Main Tenant panel, click the name

    The applicant record will be displayed


  • In the Relationships panel, click the (plus) icon and select
    References / Guarantors

    The References/Guarantors screen will be displayed - see 2a

3. Access tenant details (current tenancy)

When a tenancy is current, the reference check section is accessed via the tenant screen

From the tenancy, Details tab:

  • In the Main Tenant panel, click the name

    The Tenant record will be displayed - see 3a

4. Ordering a reference check 

From screen shown in 2a or 3a:

  • Click Reference Check

  • Select required option

  • Click Accept


5. Link to Let Alliance

The Let Alliance page will be opened with relevant fields completed as far as possible

Complete all relevant fields, notably:

  • In Product ensure an option is selected

  • Tick Send Tenant Link

  • Tick Auto Submit Link

Registration Number refers to company registration number when the applicant is a company


  • When all relevant details have been entered, click Submit

    This sends the details to Let Alliance and also sends an email to the tenant
    This informs them that the check is being completed and to also provide additional information which they can submit online

  • Click the Exit button to close the page

    The status of an order can be reviewed by clicking the Reference Check link again
