Landlord fee functionality allows one-off or recurring landlord fees to be raised on a lettings property

When landlord fee functionality is in use, the lettings property status determines when landlord fees are raised - this update prevents fees being raised when not required

When the landlord fee is set-up, an option to select the property status it will apply to is available - default options will be presented, but can be changed, as required

1. Add/edit landlord fee

From property:

  • Click Rent/Fee Details

  • By default, landlord fees will only be raised for properties with any of the following statuses:

    • To Let - Available or Unavailable

    • Under Offer - Available or Unavailable

    • Arranging Tenancy - Available or Unavailable

    • Tenancy Current - Available or Unavailable

  • Ensure the relevant property status options are selected and click Accept

When a property is at any other status than those listed above, one-off or recurring landlord fees will not be raised
i.e. when a property has any of the following statuses, landlord fees will not be raised:
Tenancy Finished, Tenancy Cancelled, Sold, Let by other agent, Let privately, Market Appraisal, Provisional, Withdrawn
