Sales & lettings/rentals content
Available key numbers report via key management screenAn available keys report can be ran from the key management screen - the report is opened in Microsoft Excel and lists available key numbers for one or more offices for both sales and lettings
New disposal option on a sales property - Modern Method of AuctionA new disposal option, titled Modern Method of Auction, is available on a sales property record allowing properties being sold in an online auction to be identified
Under Offer Dashboard enhancementExtra right-click options have been added to the Under Offer Dashboard to allow associated property and offer records to be accessed while working in the dashboard
Update to advanced custom sales progress milestone functionalityWhen an advanced custom milestone is updated and the sales progress screen saved, hovering over an updated milestone will display details of who last updated it and when (applicable when using advanced custom milestone functionality)
Update to tenancy renewals/extensions & alterations reporting optionsWhen reporting on tenancy renewals/extensions* and alterations, the labels of two criteria options have been updated so they correspond with the labels on the renewals/extensions and alterations screen where the information for the report is taken from
Updates to English quarter datesTo assist in clarification of the model being used, the labelling for English quarter date functionality has been updated and, when this functionality is enabled, the initial rent and letting/management fee frequency settings are no longer automatically updated to use English quarter date frequency
Closing date added to property marketing (Scotland only)Having a closing date field in the marketing screen has been added to the existing standard Scottish property system settings to provide the field for all Scottish clients, removing the need for custom files to be used (as required previously)
