Ignore duplicate contacts in bulkMultiple duplicate contacts can be marked as ignored on the Contact Merges & Duplicates screen - this update means multiple duplicate contacts can marked as ignored in bulk (rather than having to access each duplicate record individually)
Sales & lettings/rentals content
Property checklists - configuration optionProperty checklists can be added which are available in the property attributes screen - this functionality allows multiple checklists to be set up, providing customised checklist options to meet the needs of the processes within your business, which can then be reported on via property power reports
Key management screen enhancement
Right-click options have been added to the key management screen to allow associated property and tenancy records to be accessed when working in the key management screen
Merge codes available for Material InformationMerge codes for Material Information related fields have been created and are available in the Letter Template Editor
Accounts content*
Access to payment files & storage locations - configuration optionsTwo configuration-related updates are available for payment files to allow where a payment file is saved to be controlled and also to prevent a payment file from being viewed
Accounts content - new user interface (UI)*
New UI - Agent VAT report
As part of the on-going new user interface (UI) project, the Agent VAT Report screen has been redesigned to bring it in line with previously redesigned screens
Configuration options are available to Enterprise customers only
