Merge codes for Material Information related fields have been created and are available in the Letter Template Editor (see link above for more information on where Material Information related information is stored)

The creation of these merge codes allows specific Material Information related detail to be used in letters and documents

Access Material Information merge codes in the Letter Template Editor

1. Access the Letter Template Editor

From main menu:

  • Click your name/office (top left)

  • Click Tools then select Letter Template Editor


    The Letter Template Editor toolbar will open (usually to the left of your desktop), as shown below

2. Access Material Information merge codes

From the Letter Template Editor toolbar:

  • Select the required option to Create a new template, Convert an existing document…
    or Edit an existing Reapit template and click Proceed

  • Expand the Property section

  • Expand MaterialInformation section - all available merge code options are displayed below, click and drag required codes onto the Word document
