Referral functionality allows an applicant, vendor or contact to be referred to pre-set companies - for example, a sales applicant could be referred for conveyancing or to a financial services or removal company

This page outlines how to add, amend or update referrals that can be presented on the role-based screens (e.g. applicant/property) within AgencyCloud

1. Access Setup Referrals screen

  • Click your user name / office / picture at the top of the main menu to view the System menu

  • Click Configuration and select Setup Referrals/Leads


2. Setup Referrals/Leads screen

  • Click the Add button
    This action clears the right side of the screen, ready to add the new referral details

Note the following settings:
Roles

Leave set to All Roles or choose Specific Roles which will limit where the referral option is offered 


Portal URL

If referral is via email, this field should be blank


Template


Click ellipsis button (...) to select from list or create your own email template - as outlined here


Offices


Determine scope of referral - leave empty if applies to all

Data protection compliance


When enabled - when this referral option is selected, the user will see a prompt to remind them that consent is required in order to process the referral


3. Save changes

  • Click Save and Exit
