To assist in increasing efficiency, how multiple offices and negotiators/users are selected in an Organiser panel setup screen has been enhanced

Prior to AgencyCloud 12.166, selecting multiple offices or negotiators/users required the menu to be clicked and the office or negotiator/user selected, then the process repeated for each required office

1. Access panel setup

From Organiser panel:

  • Hover over panel header and click cog to access panel setup

2. Select multiple offices

From Office scope menu:

  • Click arrow to display drop-down menu, then use tick boxes on left to select each required office, click tick (top right) to save

3. Select multiple negotiators/users

From Negotiator scope menu:

  • Click arrow to display drop-down menu, then use tick boxes on left to select each required negotiator/user, click tick (top right) to save

4. Office/negotiator links

Links have been added to allow multiple offices or negotiators/users to be selected from a pop-out window where more details for the office/negotiator is displayed

  • Click link, e.g. Negotiator

  • Tick the required options and click Select

The examples above show how to select multiple offices and negotiators/users on the Property Management panel - however, these enhancements are available for any panel where offices or negotiators/users can be set
