This feature is enabled by default but is dependent on using a Reapit Foundations app for booking viewings or valuations, such as Reapit Bookings

When using a Reapit Foundations app for booking viewings or valuations (such as Reapit Bookings), when a viewing or marketing appraisal appointment is booked for the logged in user, a pop-up notification is displayed on their desktop over the Reapit application

When applicable, multiple notifications will be displayed

The diary appointment can be viewed from the pop-up (which clears the notification) or the notification can be cleared manually

The viewing/MA booking notifications are currently only displayed when booking a viewing/MA from an external system, they are not displayed when booking a viewing/MA from within Reapit

Viewing/MA booking pop-up notification

When a viewing or market appraisal appointment is booked for the logged in user:

  • a pop-up notification is displayed, bottom right

  • a booking notification is displayed over any screen the user is working in

Click notification to view the appointment
This clears the notification (or click cross icon to clear)

Multiple notifications

When multiple viewing/MA booking notifications are sent, the notifications will stack

  • Up to 3 notifications can be shown, any further notifications are marked as pending

When notifications a showing as pending, once an appointment booking notification in the stack is accessed, the next pending notification will be displayed within the stack
