Reapit Go is Reapit’s new mobile device application (available from 24/10/2024)
Reapit Go is designed to provide more flexibility, allowing you to use Reapit outside the office - it integrates with live data held on your Reapit CRM desktop product - any work carried out using the mobile app or desktop product is instantly available on both the app/desktop to all relevant users
Enable integration (one-off process per company)
The Reapit Go integration needs to be enabled in order to use it, this is a one-off process per company - if this still needs to be done for your organisation, see guide below titled: Enable the Reapit Go integration for your company
Reapit Go layout
The layout of Reapit Go differs slightly depending on whether you are using it on a mobile phone or tablet (e.g. iPad) - due to it being the most popular device type to use, all guides on this Knowledge Base use the mobile phone view
