From property attributes, Appliances, Insurance & Safety tab:
In the Safety Checks, Certificates, Insurance & Warranties panel, tick Current Certificates Only box
All expired certificates will be removed from the list

An option is available which allow you to view just current (i.e. not expired) certificates in the list shown via the attributes screen on a lettings property
