The Property Management panel on the Organiser provides the ability to see details of expired certificates and those that are about to expire - Power Reports can also be run to gather this information

Landlord notes & property notes in certificates grid

When using a certificates grid to view/manage certificates in bulk, landlord notes and/or property notes can be added as columns to the grid

Certificate current supplier shown in grid

When viewing a grid showing certificates, such as gas certificates due to expire, the current supplier is shown in the grid
