Ordering a FocalPack from FocalAgent (UK only)

This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to the UK only

A FocalPack is a product offered and created by FocalAgent containing marketing assets - such as photos, videos, virtual tours and floorplans.

When FocalAgent integration is set up for FocalPack ordering within Reapit, a pack can be ordered via Reapit, with the resulting pack being returned and available to use within the Reapit platform

1. Initiate pack order

From the property record:

  • Referrals/Leads panel (bottom right), click FocalAgent 

    A window will be displayed to allow you to choose your pack

2. Select pack

The packs/products offered here is configured by FocalAgent and is dependent on what options you have available within your office/company

  • Package: click the drop-down menu and select the pack or product you want to order

  • Price: the price will be displayed when selecting the package above, where applicable

    Payment needs to be taken in branch

     

  • Receipt No: enter your receipt number for this transaction

  • Click Submit
    The FocalAgent portal (FocalHub) will launch automatically, see step 3 

3. FocalAgent portal (FocalHub)

The FocalAgent portal will launch, allowing additional appointment information to be entered, the screens shown will depend on the pack chosen

  • Complete each screen, clicking Next to move to the next step

  • When all required steps are complete click Confirm Order

 

4. Confirm order submission

On returning to the Reapit system a message will be displayed

  • If the pack order was submitted via the FocalHub, click Yes

    This will create an item charge against an invoice for the property based on the marketing pack selected

  • On the property record, click ...
    (top of screen) and select Invoicing to access



5. Viewing order details & status

The order details and status can be viewed

From the Referrals/Leads panel:

  • Click FocalAgent and select View Details

  • The order details are displayed and are non-editable

  • Click View status to launch the order tracking page on FocalHub

 

6. Order updates

Notifications will be sent by FocalAgent and seen in Reapit AgencyCloud within the branch's Task & Messages area

  • Notifications of new messages/tasks will be received as usual, normally via the Organiser
    The task is sent to the branch, not to an individual user

Once complete, FocalAgent will import the property images and virtual tour links into Reapit
