Office details cannot be edited

This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

From version 12.127+, office details, including address and contact numbers, can no longer be edited on user screens

Instead, changes to office details can only be carried out by super users in your business with access to the Office Setup configuration screen (or Reapit Support, where no super user exists)

This ensures that your details are correct on all correspondence generated within the system as your office details are being managed by a central source
