This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

As part of the new user interface (UI) project, the following screens have been redesigned in 12.138 to bring them in line with previously redesigned screens

All existing functionality exists but with a refreshed look and feel

Fee screen

When using tenancy renewal negotiation functionality, the fees screen now uses the new UI format

From the renewal negotiation screen:

  • In the Fees panel, click 

  • The screen now uses the new UI format
    All existing functionality is available

Pre-approved invoices (where enabled)

When entering pre-approved invoice details, the screen now uses the new UI format

From a lettings property:

  • Click Rent/Fee Details

  • In the Pre-approved invoices field, double-click Add

  • The screen now uses the new UI format
    All existing functionality is available
