Lettings developments - updates

This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

A configuration option was introduced in version 12.138 of AgencyCloud to allow lettings developments to be added, as outlined here

In version 12.139, further updates and enhancements have been made to this feature, outlined below

1. Search for lettings developments

Searching can be filtered by lettings development

From the Developments and Land Sites screen:

  • Above the Search field, select Lettings Development

  • Enter search text and press enter

    Only lettings developments will be returned

 

2. Copy pictures, attributes & appliance information to new records

When using the master/block record to create additional blocks or units, the option to copy pictures, attributes and/or appliances are offered

From the Developments and Land Sites screen:

  • Right-click over the relevant record and select Manage units

  • Use the tick boxes to choose whether to Copy Pictures, Copy Attributes and/or Copy Appliances across to the new block/unit

    This option is also offered when choosing to duplicate as a multiple lot from the property record
