New user interface - company/supplier screen

This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

As part of the new user interface (UI) project, the company screen has been redesigned to bring it in line with previously redesigned screens

All existing functionality exists but with a refreshed look and feel with enhanced usability features

  • Information is arranged in easy-to-view panels with extra options
    e.g. shortcut icons beside contact details to allow you to call/email your company/supplier

  • All information previously held on the legacy screen (in tabs on right) is now shown on one screen, allowing all information for the company/supplier to be viewed easily
    Legacy screen had tabs which held information on Staff, Supplier details, Contact details & Activity

  • An Activity Feed is available on the right of the screen, which automatically displays fundamental activity for the company/supplier - this also includes tasks, alerts and call reminders, as seen in other screens in AgencyCloud

  • A Journal is available (button top right) which will automatically log activity such as detail change and tasks for the company/supplier
