Convert property to a development sub-plot

A standard property record can be converted to become part of a development

This option is available for all properties that are currently not part of a development

1. Convert property to sub-plot

From the property record:

  • Click ellipsis menu (…) and select Convert to Sub-Plot

  • Search for the required development - enter Address and press enter

  • Double-click the development, when found

2. Confirm vendor change

  • Click OK

 

3. Property converted

The property is now a sub-plot within the selected development & the vendor has been changed to the developer
