Emails sent via workflow from a specific email address

From AgencyCloud 12.147+, an email generated via automated workflow settings can be set-up to be shown to the recipients as being sent from a specific email address, providing the user has the permissions to send messages from that mailbox

This allows a central email address to be used for workflow - emails will show as being sent from that email address - and any replies to the email will be sent to the central mailbox
