Automatically log key tenancy changes to the tenancy Activity Feed

Key information logged on a tenancy record is recorded in the tenancy Activity Feed - providing an automatic audit trail of activity

The following actions on the tenancy field will be automatically logged:

  • Making changes to Tenancy start and/or Tenancy end dates

  • Enabling/disabling Periodic tick box

  • Enabling/disabling End confirmed tick box

  • Making changes to rent amount and rent frequency

All activities listed above will be logged, along with the date and time of when the change was made and who the change was made by

From tenancy:

Changes to any of the highlighted areas will be automatically logged in the Activity Feed on the right

  • Tenancy start

  • Tenancy end

  • Periodic

  • End confirmed

  • Rent amount & frequency
