'Clients only' option added to lettings property for use by LonRes feed (UK only)

This legacy functionality has been deprecated - however an app is available within the Reapit AppMarket which replaces this

When a portal feed to LonRes requires the Clients Only option to be checked within the Sub Agents section on a sales property - from version 12.150, this option is also available for lettings properties

Further work is required on the LonRes portal feed for this feature (current timescale to be confirmed)

From a lettings property:

  • Click Rent/Fee Details

  • In the Sub Agents panel, tick Clients only

The option is made available for properties with the Agency type set with Fee Available (top right)
e.g. Joint Sole - Fee Available, Multiple - Fee Available, Sole Agent - Fee Available, etc.

It can also be used in the Financial screen on a sales property
