Link to Reapit Foundations app to add a new applicant - configuration option

When a Reapit Foundations app for adding new applicants to AgencyCloud is available and configured on your system - adding a new applicant using the Foundations app can be initiated within AgencyCloud, allowing you to search for the new applicant in AgencyCloud before moving to the app to add the applicant

This update provides a seamless link for the user between AgencyCloud and the Foundations app

As is usual practice within AgencyCloud/CRM systems, before adding a new applicant you are required to search for the applicant to reduce the possibility of adding a duplicate applicant

The link to a Foundations app to add a new applicant is available after searching for the new applicant in AgencyCloud via:

Universal Search - see a)
OR
Applicant Search - see b)

a) After searching for the applicant via Universal Search

Click +Add New then select New Applicant
- If only one app is available the app name will be shown in the menu
- If more than one app is available, hovering over Apps will display them in the menu

b) After searching for the applicant via Applicant Search

Click +Add New
- If only one app is available the app name will be shown in the menu
- If more than one app is available, hovering over Apps will display them in the menu

The Foundations app is launched and the search text entered is passed through to the app to assist in adding the new applicant
