As part of the new user interface (UI) project, in 12.166 the following screens have been redesigned to bring them in line with previously redesigned screens:

Supplier quote details (on works order)

The supplier quote details screen, seen when adding quote details on a works order, now uses the new UI format - all existing functionality exists but with a refreshed look and feel

From works order:

  • Status should be set to Pending quote - in Contractor Quotes panel, double-click Add

  • The supplier quote details screen is displayed and uses the new UI

Developer staff picker (for development site office)

The developer staff picker screen, seen when adding staff details on a development site office, now uses the new UI format - all existing functionality exists but with a refreshed look and feel

From Development and Land Sites screen:

  • Right-click development and select Site office details
    The redesign of this screen is currently in progress and will be seen in a new version of AgencyCloud soon

  • The site office details is displayed - in the Site staff section, click and choose
    Select staff from developer
    This UI was updated to the new design in an earlier version

  • The Select Staff screen is displayed and uses the new UI - this screen displays the staff members added to the developer company record

    • Tick the required staff members and click Accept
