In order for your business to use Reapit Go, it must be enabled via the Reapit AppMarket first - it only needs to be enabled once for the whole company, not for each individual user

All information shown on Reapit Go is taken from your Reapit database - updating information within Reapit Go updates your Reapit CRM database and will be seen when using the Reapit CRM desktop product
