Getting started with Reapit Go

This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

In order for your business to use Reapit Go, it must be enabled via the Reapit AppMarket first - it only needs to be enabled once for the whole company, not for each individual user

This page outlines the basics for getting started with Reapit Go on your mobile device, it covers how to:

Launch Reapit Go & log in

1. Launch Reapit Go

On your mobile device:

2. Welcome screen

From the Welcome screen:

  • Tap Login With Reapit

3. Log in with usual Reapit login

From login page:

  • Enter your Email address and tap Continue
    This should be the email address you usually use to login to your Reapit CRM (desktop)

  • Enter Password and tap Continue
    This should be the password you usually use to login to your Reapit CRM (desktop)

  • Enter code to verify your login (from your password authentication app), tap Continue

You may see a message asking permission for Reapit Go to access your location
Accepting this will ensure that full location services can be used when using the app

4. Reapit Go landing page (Diary) & navigation bar

After logging in, the Reapit Go Diary is displayed as the main landing page

  • Your name and uploaded image are displayed at the top
    When no image uploaded, initials are displayed instead

Navigation tips

  • Tap the back button on your browser to go back to the previous screen

  • The Reapit icon is shown on most screens (top left) - tapping this icon displays the Reapit Go diary

    • If the Reapit icon is not shown, you can usually tap the cross (top right) to close the current screen and go back to the previous screen

Bookmark a specific location/page within Reapit Go

After launching Reapit Go, there may be a specific page you wish to bookmark for future use
(for example, the ‘Tasks’ section)

From Reapit Go:

  • Navigate to the page you wish to bookmark

  • Create bookmark as usual (in accordance with your device)

The bookmark will allow you to launch Reapit Go and be directed straight to this page

Useful links (menu options, top right)

The menu top right provides shortcuts to:

  • Address Book
    Lists all users on your system, providing access to their contact details and upcoming diary appointments

  • Reapit Knowledge Base
    Provides a shortcut to the Reapit Go user guides on the Knowledge Base

  • Reapit Profile
    Provides a link to change your Reapit password, as well as find out about the current (logged in) profile - this might be useful if you are experiencing any permission-related issues

  • Log a ticket
    Launches the Service Desk Portal to allow a support ticket to be logged

  • My Apps
    Launches the Reapit AppMarket where apps can be accessed and new apps installed

All information shown on Reapit Go is taken from your Reapit database - updating information within Reapit Go updates your Reapit CRM database and will be seen when using the Reapit CRM desktop product
