The Power Organiser can be broken down to the layout itself, panels and then categories, with each layer having its own criteria. Below you'll find a breakdown of each component and what takes precedent.
On the RPS main menu, click Organiser (where applicable select Use Power Organiser):
1. Layout - When logging in for the first time, you will be presented with the Power Organiser set-up screens
- Layout options presented can be Sales, Lettings or both Sales and Lettings
- Select the office(s) whose data you need to see
- Following initial set-up, the layout can be changed by clicking Settings (cog icon - top right of the organiser screen)
| |
2. Panels - A new panel can be added, click the Layout option (top left of the organiser screen)
- There are different panel type options, which are outlined on screen
- Panels have their own office criteria - this takes precedent over the offices selected in the layout
| |
3. Categories - Categories can be added to panels with the type of List
