When more than one office has the same postcode set-up as a referral postcode, and an applicant/property* with one of those postcodes is registered, a pop-up box is now displayed to allow the required referral office(s) to be selected

This update is useful to allow companies with multiple brands in the same areas to select the relevant offices to refer to on a case-by-case basis

*The system can be configured to refer applicants and/or properties
(the same postcodes are used for both applicants & properties)

Select relevant offices to refer to

When entering details of an applicant/property with a postcode that is set-up as a referral postcode on more than one office on the system (and the applicant/property qualifies to be referred), on clicking save for the first time, a pop-up box will be displayed with a list of offices that the applicant/property could be referred to based on their postcode

  • Ensure the office(s) you wish to refer the applicant/property to are ticked, click Select
