Relocation Agent Network (RAN) integration (UK only)
This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to the UK only
The Relocation Agent Network (RAN) referral screen gives group members the ability to generate property referrals to other member agents - generating a RAN referral via your Reapit database offers a quick, easy way to refer a client with a property to sell outside of your office area
The RAN integration provides a seamless solution for making referrals. When an agent chooses to make a referral, everything they need is presented to them from within the Reapit database:
the RAN referral agent is automatically selected and displayed
your agent uses the details to make contact with the RAN referral agent
your agent completes one screen from the Reapit software (shown below)
an email is automatically created to your client and the RAN referral agent for your agent to send
The pre-populated email means less data entry for your agents, less errors as a result and a greater chance of your referrals being a success
RAN referrals are trackable via the applicant and property journals - a range of reports are also available, improving visibility of activity and highlighting success stories
How to generate a RAN referral

1a. Notes Not a RAN member There may be instances where there isn’t a RAN member present in the location of the applicant being referred - when this is the case, an error message will be displayed which states: Unable to create referral. Please contact Reapit Support. View Details.
