This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

When unaccompanied appointments are being shown in the diary, an option to flag this on the diary screen is available

This option needs to be enabled by each user (as outlined in point 1 below)

1. Enable option in diary settings

From the main menu:

  • Click Diary (on main menu on left)

  • In Display panel, click cog

  • Select Show Unaccompanied in entry

    This is a one-time set-up 

2. Unaccompanied appointment in diary

When an unaccompanied appointment is fully visible in the diary, an (UnAcc) flag can be seen at the end of the appointment details

3. When appointment details aren't fully visible

When an unaccompanied appointment is not fully visible in the diary, the (UnAcc) flag can be seen when hovering over the appointment in the diary

Unaccompanied appointments will be shown in the diary when Show all entries is enabled via diary options (shown in step 1)
