This page outlines the basics of using the diary on Reapit Go, such as how to navigate, generate a key list, access diary settings and change the diary layout/view to be able to view other user’s diaries

Access & navigate the diary

1. Access diary

From navigation bar:

  • Tap Diary (bottom left)

  • The diary is displayed in Schedule view
    This is the same screen as that shown when tapping today’s upcoming appointments on the homepage
    For more information on diary views, see last section titled: Change diary view from schedule to day view…

The blue plus icon (+) allows a new appointment/viewing to be created - for more information, click here: Create a new appointment/viewing in Reapit Go

2. Find the required day

From diary:

  • Tap dates across the top of the screen to view appointments for that day

    • On Schedule view, the arrow shown below dates (on right) skips to the start of the current week

    • On Schedule view, scroll down the list for the option to Load more
      Appointments will be shown up to the end of the selected month

  • On Day or Schedule view, use the drop down calendar (top left) to switch to other dates or a different month

Schedule view shows appointments for the logged in user only
Day view allows other user’s diaries to be seen

Generate a key list for quick access to keys needed today/tomorrow

The key list shows all appointments where a key is held, where the appointment involves the logged in user - the key number is also shown

From diary:

  • Ensure Schedule view is selected

  • Tap key view icon

  • The key view is displayed

    • Any appointment for today that involves a property where a key is held by the office is displayed
      Key details for tomorrow’s appointments can also be seen - tap Tomorrow to change the view

    • The key number is displayed

    • Tap the link to view the appointment detail

Access diary settings to change the diary view (including how to show/hide cancelled & unconfirmed appointments)

Diary settings are available to allow the diary view to be customised

Changing diary settings in Reapit Go does not change diary settings in the Reapit CRM desktop product (and vice versa)

From diary:

  • Tap cog icon

  • The Diary View Settings page allows the following settings to be changed

    • Day View Layout
      Allows the Day view to be changed to Agenda format
      Default setting is Day
      For more information on Agenda view, see section below titled: Change diary view from schedule to day view…

    • Hide Cancelled Appointments
      Allows cancelled appointments to be hidden in the diary
      Default setting is No, meaning that cancelled appointments are shown
      See section below for an example of a cancelled appointment

    • Hide Unconfirmed Appointments
      Allows unconfirmed appointments to be hidden in the diary
      Default setting is No, meaning that unconfirmed appointments are shown

After making the required changes, tap Save (bottom left)

Cancelled appointments in Reapit Go

When cancelled appointments are set to be shown (and not hidden) in Reapit Go
Whether cancelled viewings are shown in Reapit Go is determined by Settings, outlined above

  • Appointments are displayed with a strikethrough and are marked as Cancelled

  • Tap a cancelled appointment to view more detail on the appointment

  • Tap Details button (shown above) to display a screen with further options, such as Reschedule

Change diary view from schedule to day view to see other people’s diaries (including agenda view)

The diary view can be changed to suit how you wish to use the diary

  • Schedule view lists your own appointments

  • Day view displays the appointment in a similar way to that seen in the Reapit CRM desktop product and also has an option to see other users' appointments

    • Day view can be changed to Agenda view - see section 3 below

Changing the view and adding users whose appointments you wish to view in Reapit Go does not change the view in the Reapit CRM desktop product (and vice versa)

1. Schedule view

From diary:

  • Tap Schedule (top right)

  • Schedule view shows the logged in user’s appointments for the selected day in list format

  • Each appointment is shown in time order displaying:

    • The start and end time of the appointment

    • Whether the appointment is accompanied

    • The appointment type (e.g. viewing, rent review, market appraisal, etc.)

    • The vendor/landlord name(s) and property address

    • The appointment attendee name and record type (e.g. applicant, tenant, contact)

  • Tap an appointment to view more information and access further functionality
    See section 4 below

2. Day view

From diary:

  • Tap Day (top right)

    • Day view shows the logged in user’s appointments for the selected day with the appointments shown within the relevant timeslot

  • Day view allows other users' appointments to be shown

    • Tap the people icon (top middle) to display the users available to you

    • Select the required users whose appointments you wish to see and tap Save
      Where an image has not been uploaded via the Reapit CRM desktop product, user initials will be shown instead (as shown below)
      The users offered are those available to you as determined by your Reapit security settings

  • Each user added is shown in a vertical column
    Agenda view is available which shows each user’s appointments in a horizontal column (see section 3)

  • Tap an appointment to view more information and access further functionality

Changing the view and adding users whose appointments you wish to view in Reapit Go does not change the view in the Reapit CRM desktop product (and vice versa)

3. Agenda view

The diary settings screen allows Day view to be switched to Agenda view

When Agenda view is enabled:

  • Switching to Day view displays the diary in Agenda view format

  • Agenda view allows multiple user diaries to be displayed and shows each user’s appointments in a horizontal column

4. Appointment information

  • When tapping on an appointment while in any of the views above, important details for the appointment are shown

  • Further features & functions are available from this screen, such as being able to access/edit the appointment details, contact involved parties and view the property location
