This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

Two configuration options are available which, when enabled, prevent a user from:

  • adding supplier accreditation details on a company record
  • edit/delete supplier accreditation details on a company record

Either one or both of the above settings can be applied per user/group

When both of the above settings are enabled (i.e. the user cannot add or edit/delete supplier accreditations):

From the company screen Supplier details tab, in the Accreditations panel

  • The Add button is not available

  • Existing accreditation detail can be viewed but not edited

    When a user is prevented from editing accreditation detail, they are also prevented from deleting an accreditation entry from the Accreditations list (shown above)
