From version 12.170+, automated workflow settings can be used:

  • before saving an offer

  • after saving an offer

For example, when a change is made to an existing offer, workflow could trigger an email

This update to offer workflow is in addition to that already available - which allows workflow to trigger when a new offer is made and also before and after exchange
