A configuration option was added in AgencyCloud 12.160 to provide better performance when loading the Organiser, this was achieved by not including shared contacts in the My Contacts list
From AgencyCloud 12.161+, the functionality covered by this configuration has been extended and, when enabled, shared contacts for any Organiser list where contact records are required (such as Active Applicants, Applicants to Call, Applicants to Remove) are not shown
This configuration option is a useful option to enable on a system where the Organiser is slow to load and where shared contacts do not need to be included in Organiser lists
