A client can change the password they use to access the consumer portal at any time

If your client has forgotten their password, from the login portal login page, they need to click Forgot Password and follow the onscreen prompts

1. Access account options

From top right of portal:

  • Click cog icon

2. Access settings

  • Click Settings

3. Enter new password

In Account screen:

  • Click button to right of Change Password
    The password fields are displayed below

  • Enter new password, then re-enter to confirm

  • Click Save (at bottom of screen)
