Change access password for the MyAgency app

This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

A client can change the password they use to access the MyAgency app at any time

If your client has forgotten their MyAgency password - from the app login page, they need to click Forgot Password and follow the onscreen prompts

1. Access account options

From top right of app:

  • Click cog icon

2. Access settings

  • Click Settings

    The screen shown on step 3 is displayed

3. Enter new password

In Account screen:

  • Click button to right of Change Password
    The password fields are displayed below

  • Enter new password, then re-enter to confirm

  • Click Save (at bottom of screen)
