Key management & access arrangements (block management)

Keys functionality allows more than one set of keys to be added per estate and more than one key to be added per set - an image of the keys can also be uploaded

It allows the keys to be checked out to external contacts or companies as well as internally

The option to log the keys as returned to the landlord/freeholder or to an external contact or company is also available - access arrangements can also be stored

All key movements logged are automatically recorded 

Criteria options for keys are available in Power Reports, allowing various reports to be run
