The company journal/activity feed content only shows works order and key information on properties you have access to - this results in works orders and key movements being removed from view for properties belonging to other offices within your business/franchise that are not part of your usual security group
This update has been implemented from AgencyCloud 12.163+
From AgencyCloud 12.168+, a configuration option is available which, when enabled, means that the journal/activity feed content shown on a company record is activity carried out by the logged in user only
